Day 1Arrival in Tanzania
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where our friendly driver greets you. After a short transfer to your hotel in Moshi, settle in and enjoy a brief orientation about the climb ahead. Use the evening to rest and prepare for your adventure.

Day 2Materuni Village Acclimatization
Immerse yourself in Tanzania’s rich culture with a visit to Materuni Village. Learn about traditional coffee farming and sample fresh brews, then take a refreshing hike to a nearby waterfall. This day helps you acclimatize before starting your trek.

Day 3Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa Camp
Your journey officially begins at Londorossi Gate. After registration, hike through lush rainforest—keep an eye out for monkeys and exotic birds. Arrive at Mti Mkubwa Camp where you’ll spend your first night under the stars on the mountain.

Day 4Mti Mkubwa Camp to Shira 1 Camp
Ascend into the heather moorland zone, leaving the dense rainforest behind. Marvel at your first panoramic sight of Kibo Peak before settling into Shira 1 Camp for the night.

Day 5Shira 1 Camp to Shira 2 Camp
Traverse the wide-open Shira Plateau, a remarkable high-altitude desert. Enjoy sweeping mountain vistas while adjusting to the higher elevation. Camp at Shira 2, your second night in the alpine wilderness.

Day 9Summit Day: Barafu Camp to Uhuru Peak & Down to Mweka Camp
Set off around midnight on a steep ascent toward Uhuru Peak (5,895m)—the highest point in Africa. Celebrate your incredible accomplishment at the summit. After savoring the sunrise, descend to Mweka Camp for well-earned rest.

Day 10Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate & Departure
Descend through the rainforest to Mweka Gate, where you’ll receive your summit certificates. Transfer back to Moshi for a hot shower and a final night of relaxation or continue onward to your next adventure.
